What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders are a way to purchase items you love before they come into stock.

All pre-orders are stock that we have already ordered from the supplier.

Please note that delivery times for these items vary and shipping delays may occur.

Should I pre-order?

If you know you want a product but are worried it might be sold out, pre-ordering is the way to reserve your product and be sure to get one.

If you want to receive an item within a certain time frame, we do not recommend pre-ordering.

We have no control over the time frame in which inventory is received.

Do you need prepayment for a pre-order item?

Yes, currently all pre-orders are billed immediately. This will lock your order and you will have top priority.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

If you need to cancel a pre-order before shipping, we offer a credit to the online store for any cancellation or exchange.

When will my pre-order item be shipped?

We are waiting for all items in your order to arrive in our warehouse.

Once your item(s) arrive in our warehouse you will receive an update of your order with its tracking number by email.

Will pre-orders be restocked if they sell out?

If items are sold out during the pre-order stage, we may or may not restock depending on the availability of the item from the manufacturer.
