What payment methods are available to me?

Can I cancel a deposit because I no longer want the item on reservation? 
No, this is the principle of a deposit, if you do not respect your reservation, the deposit will not be returned to you
 
What are the delivery times ? 
Always look carefully at the item description! 
For Products in Stock:  
Orders are prepared within 48 working hours, and shipped according to your choice via:
- COLISSIMO (delivery time approximately 3 working days)
- MONDIAL RELAIS (deadline of 8 working days)
- CHRONOPOST (deadline 24 working hours)
 
For Products on order: 
Orders are prepared within 10/12 working days, and shipped according to your choice via:
- COLISSIMO (delivery time approximately 3 working days)
- MONDIAL RELAIS (deadline of 8 working days)
- CHRONOPOST (deadline 24 working hours)
 
For Pre-order Products: 
Orders are prepared as soon as we receive the collection corresponding to the Pre-order month, and shipped according to your choice via:
- COLISSIMO (delivery time approximately 3 working days)
- MONDIAL RELAIS (deadline of 8 working days)
- CHRONOPOST (deadline 24 working hours)
 
Can I come and meet you? 
You can come and collect your orders from Click and Collect, 3 rue du petit Bois – 17290 Le Thou.
 
When will my pre-order be charged? 
Your pre-order is debited in full on the day of payment.
 
Will I pay customs fees? 
For mainland France and Belgium, no customs fees will be required.
For all other countries and overseas departments, your purchases will be invoiced excluding French tax, allowing you to pay only your local taxes.

How do I cancel my order? 
Within 14 days of your order, by completing the withdrawal form which you will find here https://www.chezclochette.fr/formulaire-de-retractation.html
We may refuse to cancel your order for 2 reasons:
  • The order is already ready to be sent
  • The order is already sent
After my return when will I be reimbursed? 
We will process your return within 72 working hours of receipt at our premises
Your refund should then be processed within 5 working days and an email will be sent to confirm this.
If you do not receive your refund 10 working days after receiving our email, you will need to contact us by email
